We ship worldwide from USA. All orders are eligible for Free shipping within the United States, Alaska + Hawaii included. Free international shipping for orders over $ 350.
1.When will my order ship?
Orders, normally, can take only 1 business day to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
2.Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
We also offer Expedited Shipping options. Please check the fee on shipping option.
3.Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery time is expected to be 2-3 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.
4.Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day.
5.Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico? What does it cost?
Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service (USPS) free. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are a flat rate of $13. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico generally takes 8-21 business days.
6.How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS or FedEx, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at https://www.ups.com or https://www.fedex.com
7.How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped, carriers charge an intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.
8.What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?
