Exchanges and Returns


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The items must be unopened packages condition. We will not accept any opened packages. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Fee

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and other fee (if any) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

What if the refund late or Missing Refunds?

Please contact us after some steps done by yourself:

  1. Check your account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is poste.
